These workbooks serve as comprehensive guides, aiding coaches in comprehending and applying class theories directly to coaching practices, fostering practical application and skill development. Led by seasoned experts, the engaging virtual sessions, scheduled for one hour every Tuesday and Thursday, provide participants with a transformative journey through the intricacies of sports psychology
